Loving Heavenly Father, thank you for the beauty of your world and this particular spot we call home. 'Thank you for the sunshine and the blossom and the promise of summer to come. Day by day we know you are at our sides whether we recognise you or not; whether we remember you or not; whether we obey you or take you for granted. For your unfailing love and care we praise you Lord. We bring to you now those we know who are struggling with illness - physical, mental or spiritual and we offer them and their problems to you 'as we name them .o.... Show us how we can help. We have a new MP and a new Government - a new start for many men and women who will have the power to make important decisions that will affect us all. We pray for them and ask for your blessing on them all- of all Parties-that they may be guided by you to work with justice and integrity to love mercy and follow your way of truth. Amen.
